Product information We describe our products and services to the best of our ability. Errors and omissions may occur. In the event of an error being made e.g. In the price of a product we reserve our right not to fulfil that order.

Postage
We use DPD & Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries.

There are a choice of services presented to you at checkout. Royal Mail 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver with 24 hours. Special Delivery has a guaranteed before 1PM next day delivery. DPD Next typically delivers next day, but this is not guaranteed. You will see these charges in your shopping cart once you have entered your country and chosen your postage option. Other than Special Delivery, orders may take longer than Royal Mail’s aim at certain times e.g. due to severe weather, industrial action Christmas periods. This is outside both our and Royal Mail’s control and Royal Mail’s terms of service apply at all times with regards to late and/or lost items.

No compensation or refund will be provided for delays.

Right to cancel All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Products you wish to return should be posted to UK Pen Blanks, Unit 1A, Killinghall Business Park, Ripon Road, Harrogate, HG3 2BA, UK. The cost of return is at the customer's expense. It is recommended that you use a tracked/insured service for your return as the products remain your responsibility until we have accepted the return.

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue the appropriate refund to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications e.g where you have placed an order and we have produced or manufactured goods specifically for that order
  • The supply of goods which have been personalised
  • Goods which have been used, including attempts to “turn” the product on a lathe
